Island County park at the NE corner of Whidbey Island, south of Hope Island. Gravel launch on the protected (west) side of the spit. Restrooms, small gravel lot. Free access. Good staging for trips into Skagit Bay, Hope and Skagit Islands, or east to Deception Pass via Hoypus Point.
