Current Events includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund is available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
Email support@3raccoons.team with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refunds within 5 business days.
